Conditions of registration

Ofsted impose conditions of registration to which the provider must adhere.  These conditions are set out below.

The registered person

• must display the registration certificate
• may care for no more than 26 children from 2 years to under 5 years at any one time
• provides care in the following areas the main hall, activity room and associated facilities

It is an offence for the registered person not to comply with the conditions of registration without reasonable excuse.
